Colleagues and friends, this news that we have received, believes that we didn't wait for it. A great artist, colleague, partner and friend leaves our club. Their magnificent works are with us and him, where it is it will continue going spiritually.

thanks mak and Jong, yea i like to eat sometimes a Mac Donald, hehehe,...even i`m too fat !!!...and the technique is very simple, only paint , over the previous skecth scanned at 300 dpi, 28x21 cm, with a mouse coloring using Photoshop 7 with the brushes named " naturals brush2", or wet media brushes for made the hair, and backgrounds, vary the opacity of brush , i paint layer after layer with a 70 % or less opacity aprox .then shades and lights with the burn tool and dodge tool.this is a detail of Ron.  |

I can't believe Dave is gone. He's one of my inspirations - he had such a wonderful way about him. I only new him online here in the forum but he was the type of person that made you feel like you are part of the family and that's what makes this forum so special. I know I haven't been around much lately - I have been dealing with my own personal issues but I have been lurking. Here's my own little tribute to Dave, I hope he would've liked it - actually I think he would have. He always encouraged everyone and always had a kind word. I will miss him very much as I know everyone here will. I think the more we draw and post our works is one way we can remember Dave - he would want that.  PS. I want to try to color this - I dusted off my WACOM graphire tablet and installed the software. I'm ready to go. This is for you Dave!!!! Ricky |

Ricky great tribute.I think we all were shocked and saddened by Daves passing.But its great to see you back.hope eeverything is going ok for you.we miss you here.
