A few months ago Dave told me he would like to see everyone draw Eric Clapton. I told him I didn't think it would be a big turn out because he looks too normal and would be difficult to draw. Let's prove me wrong! We know from the challenges Dave put up that he wanted more members to join in, so let's all draw the challenge this time. The Dave Challenge is this: Eric Clapton Get as many drawings in here as we can   As always, feel free to post some other photos here if you come across a good one. |

Only found out this morning, can't believe it, a truely talented and nice guy, He asked me so many times to draw him, but I kept complaining about the pictures, here's a fantastic Caricature he did of me, one if not the best I ever got.  |

Love the line quality on this one light! It's nice how you made the lines more bold in the center and then sort of fade out on the edges. Nicely done.

Light i prefer the 2º !!the 1º have nice lines but bad construction and 0 likeness.the 2º have a better likeness, expression, and the mix of lines and colors give a nice result. almost To me.
i don´t think that Dave isn`t here, i think he let us his legacy on wonderful drawings, he continue living with them, for ever here, anyway, in this virtual world.

Larry i like the construction and lines you use in this.i like this one like specially that for the simplicity,... i think with colors will represent a very different spirit of this, ...some times a simple skecth can give us better emotions than an ultra finished work,...so that`s is for me an excellent example of a good skecth.
