This guy has a great face for caricature. Have fun with it! Let's try something new this month and have everyone exaggerate like crazy.Post your results, even if you're not happy with them. Post as many as you want (the more the better), just be sure to really exaggerate on one of them.

Terrific, Birdy! Great job, and fast! Mom, your phrase 'exaggerate like crazy' struck a chord and resulted in this gruesome piece, I'll be rendering it shortly. Thanks. #nosmileys

man! how have so many people already done this?! birdy- really nice! great 3-dimensional feel to this drawing. spot-on likeness, nice exaggeration.
dave- great exaggeration, but i'm seeing howard cosell more than walter mathau.
mikey- pretty good (maybe not perfect) likeness. i like the subtle use of just a touch of colour.
caricatureshop- again, i like how you're pushing the exaggeration, and most of the likeness works for me, but it seems to lose it somewhere below the nose (that is to say, if i cover up everything below the nose, it looks like mathau, but when i see the whole drawing, it loses some likeness for me).
adam- pretty good likeness, but i would make him droop more. even when he was young, mathau's face, especially his cheeks, sagged like he had more skin than underlying structure.
mathau is a great choice for a "push your exaggeration" challenge, though. he's got so much to work with! hope to find time before march is through.

Don- good call, all I can see now is Cosell, too! I've been playing around with it and think I'm getting a better likeness without losing the distortion. Thanks for catching that, I'd like to hear from you again when I post version 2.
