I have a great interest in aviation - try really hard to draw aircraft but the perspective and solid accuracies required are daunting.
Check out the work of Nikyla Smith an Australian realist artist. The aircraft are awesome and she's no slouch at wildlife and flowers either.
Far removed from caricature I know but I appreciate the quality - check out 'Rolls Royce Brisbane Bound' in the aircraft gallery - awesome.

These are Fantastic...BUT...I think some illustrations can be TOO realistic to the point that you might as well just take a photograph,
Beautiful work though, Very talented.
