Wondered if you'd seen this chap's paintings - I think they're pretty darn good myself. They're interesting because Derren generally doesn't try to exaggerate much, he just paints people as he sees them. nice i have already seen this guys site. He´s good but to be similar to Krueger... Bidgis he has to walk a litle further. Here´s a guy who i really think is similar to Krueger, is name is El Jota Leal from Venezuela: www.j-leal.com/ps: i liked the Madonna from Darren Browns website! |

i'd seen derren brown a few months ago, and loved his stuff! but i'd never seen j-leal before! i always love discovering another brilliant caricaturist! thanx, nelson.
by the way, is it a problem with my computer or something, or did everyone else find that the ones on the last page of his works (johnny depp, angelina jolie, etc.) couldn't be viewed? instead, it showed muhammed ali and ronaldinho and the others from the second page.

checked out Brown and the other guy Leal most inspiring
and was quite impressed with both. I loved the Elvis by Leal...very dramatic like Kruger...nice demo of Kate Blanchett by Brown...always cool to see how these guys work...
How is your acrylic work coming Nelson?

I had seen Derren Browns work before - very impressive nontheless - but El Jota Leal I've never seen his work before. He's really something special and is certainly pushing Krueger. Both Ronaldinho's are great and so different - Thanks Nelson.

Love his drawings,great skills,but I don't like the site.
And why does everyone has to be compared to Kruger?
One Krüger is enough(don't get me wrong,I adore his work).
I didn't like the Beatles-copys too.Though the music wasn't bad.
Find your own ways, what can be more rewarding?
