;D Sorry, its me again!! Having looked around the forum in more detail I feel that I should have introduced myself better the first time round. So here goes, my name is Peter and I live in a small country village in the south of England called Clanfield in the county of Hampshire. Altogether very pleasant I can assure you! I am married with three daughters and a golden retriever (who sheds more hair in one day than I have on my head) ;D I spent 27 years in the navy (starting as a boy sailor) and retired prematurely at the tender age of 44. Had I not had so many rugrats that would have been it but, unfortunately, as I have three daughters I must work on until I am 106 ;D I now work for a small charity that helps other charities look after seafarers from all overthe world. Almost entirely all of my spare time used to be taken up on the sports fields, normally playing rugby football. After more than a couple of decades of playing at a pretty high standard my injuries forced me to look for a more sedentary hobby. Enter caricatures to fill the gap. Really enjoyed doing one for a friend years ago but would love to be able to do them to the standard of members of the forum. Going to complete Mauri Barnetts basic course and submit some work thereafter. Special thanks to those members who have already made me feel so welcome. ToonMom what a great idea this is
