Why Hello Thar!

Hi, my name is Simon and I just found this website, it's GREAT! I just moved from Savannah, Georgia, where I drew full time on the boardwalk and at festivals, to Brattleboro, Vermont so my ladyfriend could finish her studies. Alas, they have winter up here in New England and so far I have not found any boardwalks to speak of. Granted I haven't really had too much time to explore. I am having to shift gears a bit and at first I was kind of freaked, but I got some real jobs and realized the opportunity! When you draw all of the time for a living your personal portfolio grows a little...stale. I really don't have much personal art that isn't about two years old. So, this winter will be spent refreshing my art skills and, hopefully making a website.

I just want to say this site has been SO inspiring! I have been drawing up a storm since I found it!
