ok here goes. My name is Mark Pearson and I'm a brit living with my family in Germany (my wife is german). I work in an office Zzzzzzz... I started drawing at the beginning of this year (got that great book by Betty Edwards.. I´m sure most of you know it ).. I got interested in caricatures and found the Loop, where there are some great caricature artists hanging out who are really helpful (if you dont know that forum yet, then check it out b9.ezboard.com/btheloop10064 )..And now i´ve found this forum where everyone seems just as friendly ! I´ve already posted some stuff here, hope you all like it. Comments and critique are always welcome Mark p.s. Heh! Hans.. I see you come from Belgium. Thats not far from me.. I live in Krefeld, which is near Düsseldorf, about 45 Minutes from Belgium.. In which town/city do you live ? M

Hi Maz, I was in the forces too (RAF) in Berlin for 4 years, and that's where I met my wife. Funny that you miss some german food, because it was the other way round for me. Marmite, Branston Pickle etc.. mmmmm! Well, I've found a shop that specialises in english food and I can get that stuff now, but of course, it's incredibly expensive here !
