I just enrolled in Mauri's How to Draw Caricature class. I heard that this was a great forum. I'm new and hope to learn lots. Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Welcome mad! Please do make yourself at home. Jump right in and start drawing some of the photos posted and post your results. They only way to learn and get better is by doing.

thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I've checked the site out and looked at the different caricatures. All I can say is WOW!!!! I hope to one day be as good as everyone here. I'm taking Mauri's course, I can't wait to jump right in. I'll be posting soon. Take care everyone  |

Hi Ricky. I'm new here too and taking the same course!!! I've been looking at all the drawings as well. Some are so awesome. I hope to become even 1/2 that good. As fun as they are to see, some are a little overwhelming. Anyway, welcome. Look forward to seeing your stuff, and the progress you make. Hoping I'll be able to make some too. Ebeth |
