tooned: thanks. I see it now - it looked better on paper but now that it's posted I see that it's off.....(oh well, always a brides maid never a bride) I'll get it right. I haven't figured out which is more fun, getting a drawing dead on or working through the bad ones and seeing what comes out. ;D bidgis: no, I actually haven't used that trick. Even in my portrait drawings I haven't used it. (I don't know why) I know it makes things so much easier as far as lining up the features. I guess it's the same reason why men don't ask for directions when we're lost or don't read the directions when putting something together. "We know what we are doing" - (ok ladies, lets hear it lol!!!) ....hehehe I'm going to try this one again. Thanks for the tip. ricky

Right bidgis you need to draw construction lines first then details and finishing last. If you follow these steps nothing will go wrong.
