Here's what happened on that one Grant: in my mind I was trying to visualize what was it about Kevin Bacon that made him unusual from everyone else. Then I thought back to some of his earlier movies in which I seemed to recall him having a nose and mouth (in some scenes) that invokes the nose and mouth of the Phantom of the Opera in those old time movies. So that's what I tried to go with and obviously it didn't work, but I figured I would put it up anyway to see what everyone would say. As always, I thank you and the others for your comments and candor.

Larry, I do have to agree with you on your perception of Kevin Bacon. It's the upturned nose, big nostrils and the skinny lips. I just think your picture took it a bit too far. A little less "Satuday Night Freak Show", and a bit more "pressing his nose against glass". But I do think the phantom of the opera analogy has its points.
Erik.

Hey Don, now that's a great Kevin Bacon. You got the nose I was shooting for but couldn't get.

I'm guessing I am not the only one who is having trouble with this one? (judging by lack of drawings being posted) So I decided to post what I have, which isn't much. I'm having a really hard time with the likeness!

It's really not that far off toonMom. While looking at it on the screen I used a pencil to cover his lower lip and that seemed to make the likeness a lot stronger, so maybe just touch up the lower lip a bit.
