Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had a specific interest or like for a certain artist. Myself I enjoy Dali and his droopy type art, heh. Interesting to say the least.

My favorite artists would probably be my parents.  Besides them, my favorite artist would be Yoshitaka Amano. He makes awesome character designs, and he is really good at drawing and painting. So, yeah!  B'bye!!  --Panthra, that cat chick p.s.-Oh, and the famous impressionists are awesome, too!!! |

It's because he has a censored word in the middle of his name.

my favourite artists are mostly the cartoonists...i grew up reading mad magazine and loved mort drucker's work. i'm a fan of sebastian kruger, jan opdebeeck, mauri barnett, and ralph steadman (british caricaturist...brutal cartoons, but funny!). al hirshfeld was a magnificent artist! i love salvador dali, and the impressionists...monet, eduard manet, and such.
two of my favourite traditional painters i've had the pleasure of meeting...alison norlen and iris hauser. both women teach at the university, and their work is incredible.
anyone else heard of brian froud? he's the artist who designed the look for the movie labyrinth.
