Good proportions overall, but I noticed one thing...the muscles in the back and shoulders are just a little off. Get a really good anatomy book, like Bridgeman's, or Dynamic Anatomy by Burne Hogarth....it helps to see the real muscles in action. Good comic book artists know the average person's anatomy first, then they can have fun with exaggeration.
Definitely keep it up...you've got a great style happening there.
