thanks andy and devro, the drawings are 12 x 16, I think the perspective plays tricks on the mind...cause youre not the first to mention how big they look, but they are the same size of the framed drawings behind the guests. I plan to keep posting Devro, so youre in luck, although the parks only open for 6 more weeks this season...

great stuff chris. i especially like #'s 10,14 and 16. those are awesome!! what happened to the first girl's neck though?! some of these have great likenesses, but some of them i don't see very much likeness. but i guess that's how it goes with live work ( or other work for that matter! btw, you get some pretty girls coming there! what are their reactions when they see the caricature?

thanks jong, well...as for that ladies neck....she didnt have one, her head kinda hovered over her shoulder...the picture of her is a bit decieving...hehe well, or maybe I was jstu trying something different...I kinda like it even if it is wierd, I like the no clothing/body look of the drawing, but yet the heads dont appear to be floating. dont know, maybe its jst me. just something new. and as for the "pretty girls" reactoins...they jstu laugh say "OMG!!!" gasp and laugh some more. followed by a seris of "likes" and "totally's" and finally ended by a hair flip...hehe, they generally enjoy the drawings. not many dont...thats what makes it fun, good reactions and good senses of humor!

These are fun drawings, That is what a park sketch is all about. As for likeness, ithink the essence of the person, not a close likeness is what it is all about. The sitters are loking for fun you are giving that to them. Great Job.

thanks everyone! kamal - likeness lacking in a few, probably...but its hard to see what I see from a photo, im experianceing the subject from 360 degrees of viewing ability, and from the picture, it is significantly less... also, I tend to draw what seems to be the most common expression that I can find with them in the short time that im with them...and when I take the picture, they almost always change that expression...so its hard sometimes...anywho! crits are always wanted..as for the cheek...what do you mean, cause thats something that I consciencly do...amke the head shapes different in every situation, there is no "comfort line" for me...I hope... horate- thanks, well the prices are on the red sign in the middle haha (thats what I tell all the guests....) anywho, buyt seriosly...its as follows $14 - one in black in white $19 - 2 in black in white $7 - for each additional person in black and white $19 - one in color $31 - 2 in color $10 - for each additional person in color once again, thanks all for the comments! I have more to share and will add them soon, its like 3 weekends worth so its a good amount...but...for now I have an essay to write...ill add them soon! thanks once more -Chris
