Hi There, Here's the finished portrait. I know that it's not that good and I know about the chin. I actually forgot to finish it, er, I meant to do that.....it's supposed to be that way.....(how's that, did I get out of it)....hehehe. The next portrait will be better I swear. I think you got a good likeness. You need to darken up the darks a bit though, I think.

Toonmom is right on. Let value be your friend. It's the contrast between your darker and lighter areas that will add more POP to your drawings.
