Dave: thanks. I actually missed that....thank you for pointing that out. I was having so much fun blending that I forgot to darken that area.

Larry: thanks. I'm trying. I actually owe my improvement with my portraits to my caricatures. I'm finding that by doing caricatures I'm actually seeing all the fine details in a face.

yes, not bad,...indeed good advance, but....i think the background was better on white.the principle is by viewing thousands art drawings using the background only the color of the paper, Delacroix far example, and, yes, it´s a caprice, but, i think that the most important is the......... face.
