Let me start by saying that I am using Photoshop 6.0 on windows os.
New View
If you're working on an image that you have to zoom in a lot on you can open a new window by going: View>New View. This will give you 1 window with your image at 100% and 1 you can zoom in on.
Cycle Through All Open Documents
Type Crtl-Tab multiple times to cycle through all open documents.
