thanks for posting these pics grant! they're all great. do you have any more? if so i'd love to see them. i love the last pic here. is that joe bluhm? do you know what medium that was in..charcoal?who are the two chics in the first pic?
anyway, so i'm guessing you all had a blast. the conventions sound like they're totally awesome!

jong, as for the last one, doesnt look like joe, maybe grigor? amazing artist, master distorter. he uses charcoal and chalk for his black and whites I think. rumor has it he took silver...can anyone confirm? if so, who went golden nosey this year?! must have been someone awesome if grigor only got silver....

yeah, i looked at grigor's blog a day or two ago and saw that the last one was his. i was thinking it might be joe bluhm because they of the hair and glasses (and they're both amazing artists!). man does grigor exaggerate and distort like crazy! he's amazing..and not only in caricature. some of his caricatures are really wild and yet there's an amazing likeness (although i do think some of his caricatures' likenesses get lost in the extreme exaggeration). but amazing distorter nonetheless.
