Just wondering if anyone uses a tablet PC to color or draw? I was at Best Buy and this new tablet PC is out with Sketch book pro software. Guy says it is better than painter to use. I just noticed too that the PC was cheaper than the Wacom tablets that you work directly on. Basically, I was trying to find out if they guy was just being a good salesman or if he was serious. Any thoughts?

I found this article on Sketchbook that might heop ypu decide. To me sounds like the cons outway the pros but having never used it I couldn't say for sure. It certainly appears to be more basic than Painter9 and easier to use, but you dont have as many tools at your disposal. It might be a good starter software but if your getting to grips with Painter already I'd stick with that. www.fpsmagazine.com/review/040731sketchpro.shtmlC ;D

thanks craig...i agree with you on the painter software...i was just wanted to know if anyone uses a tablet pc to draw or color with instead of a wacom. i have been doing tons of research and it seem that the tablet pcs have the wacom technology in them. been finding that some are cheaper as well. trying to get good research before i pull the trigger. what a better place to ask than from the worlds best artists on this site.
