THis is a program I use very much.
freeware,as usual....From one of the best 3D artists I know.
It's a program to calculate very quicky all sorts of colorschemes,like pastel colors, monochromatic,analogous etc...to find the tools in the program,go,after starting up,to the button below that says formulas,on the upper right are the colors,adjust those,and the whole scheme adjusts accordingly.
