Thats going to be hard to answer for anyone. It really is just what there is to exaggerate on the person. But my favorite thing to exaggerate on a person, if it applies to them, if their shape of there face, like there cheeks, jaw, chin. Basically the outline. Welcome to the forum. :-D

men : the size of the sexual organ.
women : little problems transformed in to big problems.
