I use un-printed cotton candy bags. They come in 100 with cardboard thing that keeps them all together. I like to use a hanger that has the little plastic squeeze clips to hold the thing. These bags are perfect for 11x14 or smaller.
I would look in your phone book under BAGS, or maybe CANDY. the place I get mine also sells alot of carinival type stuff like any of the food related stuff you would find. Cotton Candy machines and supplies, popcorn machines and supplies, sno-cone machines and supplies... stuff like that.
The ones I use are called Quick-Pak Bags, by Gold Medal Products Company in Cincinati,OH. I googled Quik-Pak Bags and found 3190 sites. maybe one is near you. These bags work really well - just make sure you get un-printed. The printed ones say 'cotton candy' on them or have a clown or something.
