Its a tough question I know, but if you had to choose one, just one, by any artist of any subject, what would you take. Mine would probably be Kruger's Stallone. C. ;D

Right now I'd probably choose this one by Mr. Opdebeek, I have about 20,000 second-favorites, so don't ask!

Without giving this a ton of thought, I'd have to go with the Kruger rendition of Sly. I have always loved that one. Second, would be anything by Jason Seiler. www.jasonseiler.com/

Oh Geez...I think it would be easier to Name my favorite artists than name my favorite caricatures!
Sebastian Kreuger: I mean...c'mon Al Hirshfeld: So fresh and so clean Steve Brodner: Twisted! He did a Clint Eastwood a few years ago that slapped me in the face. Dan Adel: I love how simple he paints Chris Rommel: I really like his live sketches Jason Seiler: Pretty Darn Good Hermann Meijja: When he does his watercolors for MAD I think he rocks! That Brush Guy: I guess he flew the coop before I started to post here
I would name names from certain forums but I don't want anyone getting big heads. (wait...wouldn't it be easier to caricature then?)

i guess my favourite artist would have to be mort drucker, of Mad fame. i used to draw from that magazine, faithfully copying every line that he drew. He is able to capture the likeness and exaggeration, without a lot of messy detail. Simple, but effective...and I loved how he could portray caricatures from different angles and viewpoints, and they still had a likeness.
