Dear friends, which of these two cartoons it is manipulated photographically? One of them is drawn and painted digitally in photoshop. I would like to know their opinion of this unusual polemic that was given in a Competition and I take to change the rules of the same one. Is there some difference? Does it stop to be cartoon? from the point of view of caricature meaning i believe they are both "photo manipulation" any one agrees with me or am i lonely in this one?

Andy Warhol had BIG Messy Hair therefore he was a genius! Am I right or am I right?

i agree that Warhol was a genius in the sence that he let a legacy of new and revolutionary ideas and concepts continuing the Duchamp and Dadaism revolution.
Vidal case is very different.I think he made some funny photo manipulations, but nothing more, and it´s ok if he like it, i think it´s a begining, and i hope one day he try to change some things, his works could be fine if he improve the technique, eliminating the blur, and give a better develop to digital possibilities.only my opinion.
