The blasts have triggered a bit of a threat to the UK, i liv ehere and in a small town but still quite a lot has affected. We arent showing much fear, london is at normal people are still using the tube and trainlines. I went to manchester (city) by train saturday, had a bomb scare which didnt really bother me and many other people, i easily could have arranged another way home... soemone left a normal suitcase on a train.
Security is now put ong reat awareness, including the Terrotorial Army (auxillary). Im in the cadet force which is at one of the centres, we have been affected due to the alerts been on special black, due to wearign camoflauge we are considered a potential target, so when mobile we have got to hide our uniforms.
I believe msot of this website isnt based in the UK so you may not have heard, it is believed that the ones in charge of the bombings are british-muslims who trained at al-queda camps.

I admire the resiliency and courage of the British people, for enduring yet another terrorist assault on their home country. When I saw the images on the news, I thought, "here is definite proof that there is evil in this world, and that "all good things" come from God. I saw images of compassionate people, people who cared, and it lifted my heart. I wish that those who've suffered losses in this tragedy will find the answers and be able to grieve properly for their loved ones.

my husband, also in army has been on "threat warnings" due to bombings in london we live 2 hours away from london and have friends there. they have, for 12 months' been told to use the "shoot to kill" method for suicide bombers...which as a wife of a soldier, i agree totally, id rather a terrorist die than 60 innocent people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if any of you had heard its a while ago but thought id elt you know, we had anothe rattempt same scheme, 3 tubes and 1 bus. unfortunatley no one was killed but i think 1 injured due to the bombs not been succesfful.
also lately the suspects have been caught for the 2nd attempts.

I missed being blown to pieces by only a few hours (By the IRA) some years ago in Manchester.
This country is very strong against such terror. As we all should be.
