Maybe some of you have seen it allready, I'm redoing my site. I am still working on it, so new things will be added as they are ready for publishing to web... I'm trying to show as many new drawings as possible, (some were only shown here, as you know...But I am doing this as time lets me. I also try to translate the tutorials, to help out as many people as possible....Denis Grand takes care of the french translations. Hans: Checked out your site...it is pretty cool. Much different from before. I really like the collage of faces as the header. The only problem is your name is not too distinct in the background? Is this on purpose? |

Yes , it's intentional...Well,most people that get there, know my name anyway ,or parts of it....It's sorta caricature too.(different story)
Besides, it's the drawings that count, no?
Is it a bit too much, or less??

You are certainly well known yes...if you could move Condeleca Rice's face a bit over or make it smaller to show a bit of the
A from the name Hans...might be a bit more revealliing and noticeable - simply a suggestion...but the collage is terrific. Got me inspired to get going on mine..

Hans- I think the site is looking good, keep going at it! Love the Van Gogh I saw there and your Hans Vader on these pages. One bit of nitpicking I must do- on the collage page at the bottom I think it should read: "no works can or will be sold" (or maybe nor) Sorry to be such a perfectionist.  |

i like it hans. it is an improvement over your old site. i ahve to agree with nelson, however, about the little animation thing on the opening page. more distracting than inviting, and i'd much rather see your self-caricature as the first thing i see on your site, than someone else's caricature of you.

i]ve seen it Hans... spektakular! a hans work of art. I finally got hand to a copy of Painter 6 and will spend my time in some fooling around with it, one thing for sure, it has the best brushes i´ve seen so far!

I have an idea, let's make a fun competition here,  this is the drawing that I used to have as an avatar, sadly I lost the big original due to a hard disk crash. I have the original with a christmas cap (hat?) So here's the task: give the avatar an original thing on the head, and I will make one of those as the welcoming caricature. ;D Of course I wll add credits to the "winning idea (as I always do) Anyone interested? make us laugh!(and thanks allready) |

Hope your well, I feel like I've been really missing out on things, I've been so busy, congrats with the new site, one suggestion if I may...
Add a few thumbnails to intice people to click on an image, I think this is really important, as text based pages on an art site really turns people off, a picture tells a thousand words and all that, oh and get that ugly Irish git off the splash page(great caricature tough)

big advice to you Hans and all fellow artists here, always use 2 hardrives one for windows and another for your files, this way i assure you wont loose everything Hans that avatar is great why dont you use it like it is? |
