lude- i think you've nailed the actual features quite well, but the likeness is lost by the shape of her face. carol has a long, thin face rather than round and kind of pudgy, the way you've drawn it. nice watercolour work though. i never could get the hang of watercolours.

I love the gestural style of this caricature. It looks very spontaneous, but it captures her likeness very well.

thanks fellow Canadian! - I can nail them pretty good this way. It seems when I try to get real tight and colourful the likeness seems to go a bit south... maybe I should too where it is warm!  |
