Stang I like this one in your style, very cool Erik I like this too! With the bold black & thin it gives some feel of Pop Art. I agree with Don about maybe if you try the color, maybe do it with gray shades. Frank Dietz I like very much. Nicely done, great highlights. Both postings I can tell you work hard with your shading. Mikey I will always enjoy the loose style look, like this. Even the color work here gives a loose feel. This style for some reason always makes me feel that I drawing it! I love that! Itsadam Nice to drop in again and draw again! Don’t stop! Remember that your empty spaces our shapes too! This helps with your likeness. JunkBot You really have a dramatic style, and Vincent Price really plays the part for you to draw his caricature! Nice with the color scheme, adding more drama…. Mike N.

So inspiring! Toonmom, excellent photos for reference. I look forward to drawing this...in about five days time...Does anyone out there not know that I'm doing "rackin-frackin" finals! (you know you're a cartoonist if you know where that's from!).

Hello folks, Frank Dietz here. This is my first post, and I would like to thank toonMom for inviting me to participate. I'm really enjoying all of your work, especially since the subject this month is near and dear to my heart. Drawing Vincent Price is actually part of what I do for a living, so I've done him quite a few times. Same is true of Karloff, Lugosi, Chaney and all the other horror stars. I think you're all doing a terrific job. Keep up the great work! Here's another of mine, this one from "HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL." Frank www.sketchythings.com/images/MKshots/Price Web 1.jpg[/img]

Just by coincidence...I was hired today to do a Vincent Price from "THE TINGLER!" I'll post it here when it's finished. In the meantime, here's one for real Price fans...This is Vinny in the title role of "THE ABOMINABLE DR. PHIBES," a really fun revenge thriller from the 1970's, and one of his most popular characters. Hope you folks like it. Frank www.sketchythings.com/images/MKshots/Phibes Web.jpg[/img]

Benzza I think you can see that eyes our not all created equal. And here with Vincent Price is no exception. I see how you have work hard on you eyes. Good job! Sketchyfrank I have been enjoying looking over your work. You are very good. This one I like lot, just because it's more caricature then portrait. Nice work. I guess people pay for more portrait then caricature. Mike N.

I reworked the sketch I had in earlier and of course did not change the name...so it now has some colour and dimension. However personally speaking I felt I lost the likeness a bit.TEXT
