Okay, well here is my attempt. I'm not really a big fan of it, but I have officially decided not to just post pieces that I'm happy with, but also pieces that don't quite sit well with me. That way, if anybody critiques it, I'll be more willing to see what they mean since I'm not so connected to it. That being said, please feel free to critique. I'll start. I'm not very good at drawing women for some reason. I'm also not good at drawing hair. The whole color scheme seems to be off. Etc... Anyway, what should I improve, what is okay, feel free to let me know. Thanks. --Eric  |

Larry-
Thank you very much. I guess when I posted it last night, I had a couple of things going through my head. I was thinking that I really enjoyed my penciled out version and so when I colored it, I expected to like it even more. However, the skin started looking a little grayish instead of the incredibly pale that I was going for. Also, I couldn't really tell if her hair was dark, dark brown, or black. Same with her eyes. That, and like I said, I really don't think I draw women very well, so I was already very susceptible to not liking it.

Thought I'd throw in my attempt at Shelley, and I agree with Don. Way too many prominent features. I thought it might look more like her if I started by drawing the alien from Communion(big eyes, small chin). Erik.  |

oh, that was supposed to cover all of october! i misunderstood. i thought it was supposed to go until october 4. all right then, let's get some more pesci work going here guys! and careful how you draw the nose unless you want to open yourself to accustaions of perversion.
