Thats funny! I don't mean to laugh but this is a members only form. NCN is 'National Caricaturist Network' If you are a member you will see that there are many who have join already. You just do not see them till your all joined, and signed-up. I am a member and it is very much active. They put out a newletter, convention, and more. They are worth the join if you plan to get series with caricatures. www.caricature.org/main.htmI plan on going to the convention again this year. Read up on there site for more information. Mike N. |

Lots of things happening right now with the convention coming up soon. Wait a few days and if you still have not heard from them, then maybe email them or let me know I will make a post for you on the NCN board.
I am taking my wife, daughter and we plan to have a lot of fun with 300+ caricature artist from around the world. Drawing and being drawn. I missed the last two years and missed out big time.
Anyone one this board going this year?

I'll be going, Mike. Missed it last year for the birth of my baby girl, but that's the only thing that would cause me to miss one. Those caricature conventions are the highlight of my year! (That may sound sad, if you've never been to one, but trust me - to a caricature artist that loves what they do, the conventions are ten times better than Disneyland)! Look for me if you're going. I'll be the loud guy with the huge Rembrandt beret on.

I am hoping to organise a trip to the U.S one day.orgainise it around the convention.that way i can meet a lot of the wonderful people i have grown to to know through the net.

if you guys could see me right now, you'd see there are no yellow, red or blue tones to my face. just green. green with envy! ever since i first heard about the caricature conventions last year, i've been dying wishing i could afford to go!
