Looking at the many caricature websites, I noticed that many have java applets or flash movies. How is this done? Is there a way to learn flash and java? ricky

well, you could learn flash the way i did: get a job doing it.
okay, maybe that wasn't the most practical answer...
it does come with a tutorial, though. although, from what i've heard from people who've tried it, it's not tremendously helpful.
neither, evidently, am i.
i'll shut up now.

Don, thanks. I actually have a huge computer store near where I work. I was thinking about maybe getting a book on it and try to learn it on my own.

If it's just for titles, and short animated effects, some other programs are well equiped with that. PSP has webdraw, and corel has R.A.V.E., both very well for doing just that.Though I must say,I always click "skip intro",when provided.

I didn't know that about PSP...thanks Hans, I'll have to play with that. I don't like long intros either - But, like on Nelson site, I think his flash is good as well as a few others that I've seen with flash.
