nice work but you should observe well some proportions when doing a caricature, for instance is glasses are bigger than is nose

Thanks ;D I actually wanted the background to be a dark block of colour but all of my acrylics and large brushes are at home and I'm not, so I had to make do with watercolours and the tiniest brush ever!

but dont forget that if don´t have brushes you can use your fingers, or your nose, or other parts of your body, .....the creation has no limits....the inspiration, it´s just a moment.

Here is my really bad attempt at Ozzy. I like some aspects of the drawing though. I can see from this one that I am getting better, although the likeness is way off!

it has the global, ....maybe i see the caricature in those color you give, sort of clown.Lauren, try to give synthese when your a drawing, and try to exagerate lines before you put colors.if you want resalt eyes, made a small pupile. i think you can draw him before playing with proportions.i don´t have the language, i speak bad the english, sorry.

Thanks for the advice Horate. I don't understand what you mean when you say "synthese" though ? I'm having real trouble with the exaggeration. The second one I did last night (not posted yet due to scanner problems) isn't exaggerated either even though I intended to I don't think I'm cut out to do caricatures.
