Now this is what I was looking for. Finally Horate, you finally posted some more of your work. I visited your site and found it amazing. To be honest, there's a few (very few) that I thought you may have missed the mark but they were still amazing. You have fun and enjoy doing these and that's all that matters. George Plimton perfect. Now I really get a sense of what you do. AWESOME! Also, I never knew the name of the style you use "cubist" I understand. Please, Please, please, can we see more....please, please, please.... Great Job my friend!!! Oh by the way Mr. Horate, is your face posted yet? Huh, is it...I'm sure we'd all like to see what YOU look like. ;D Ricky

how long does it take for you to create one of these - lets George Plimpton, I'm sure it depends on the size of the piece and the style as well. George Plimpton looks to have take some time.

yes it depends on the size, the Plimton is in a 40x30 cm, it took me previous sketches, about 6 realistic, and distorted sketches. This drawing was made in 2 hours aprox, cause i have the luck that i was "inspired" and alone, in the backyard of my house, without telephones and desoncentred things. sometimes i put music when i draw, but this time only silence. The work behind is in the lots of prevoius skethes and "learn"the face. Far example, the Nicholas Cage sketch, was made when i was working in an office, in the job !!......i have to stop and contiunous it, a lot of times, but i need to draw it !!! Is very important to never stop of making drawings, cause the inspiration is in the air and you never know when it gona appear. So if you are anywhere, and you need to draw try to do it, behind a good drawing there a lot of bad drawings.
